No, not well. The rolling radius is bigger and will make your speedo read 5.5% slower than you are really going.

A 215/55 R16 is within a 1% match (0.7%) but will give a harsh ride. A 215/60 R15 will make your speedo read 2.5% slower than actual, not too bad, and it will ride better.

SOURCE: Original tire size is 215/65R16 can I replace this

Yes. The van will sit a little higher and you will pick up 2 or 3 mph. There is a slight chance that the tires will rub when you cut the wheel sharply. That's about it. Hope this helps.

SOURCE: original tire size is 215/65r16 can i replace this with a tire size of 235/65r16, this is for toyota sienna sienna ce 2004

You can do this but i do not recommend it because the tire diameter is much bigger, this throws off the speedo reading and affects the transmission operation. Contact the Tirerack.com and see what tire sizes you can use that might be bigger (wider tread foot print) but with the same diameter.

Will 195-60r15 fit on my 2001 Pontiac Montana

The original tire size is 215/70R15 and you're asking for 195/60R15.
According to tire size chart, you are more than 3% diff overall size diameter. So if you drive your van at 60km/h your speedometer will read 54.1km/h.
I would say no it won't fit without changing the speedometer reading.
Hope it helps.

I need winter tires, i was told to get 215 70 r16, will 225 55 r16 fit?

no, tire should match the size recommended by mfg. tire should match what the sticker on the inside of drivers door states. this will keep speedometer correct.

there should be a sticker on the vehicle when you open the door which would state the maximum size tire to use.

www.tirerack.com may have a chart as well.

Keep in mind when you change to a different size tire it will effect the speedometer's reading.
