I just bought this car last week and the trunk just stop opening. The person i bought it from was supposed give the the door key and he still has it. but, could it be the fuse???

If the freon level is ok, you have an electrical problem somewhere. The system will not activate because the control module "thinks" the freon level is low or because of another problem. It could be the module too. You'll need a shop manual to get the test procedures for climate control ac to check the components and circuits.
you might try lubricating the trunk latch with a silicone spray or wd-40 and unlocking it with the key while it is open. There is a chance there is a small broken spring in the latch that is not pulling it over to full unlock position and when you tried to shut the trunk it is actually already in the locked position.
Call a lock smith. Your insurance will most likely pay for lockout service. Your other choice is to pry the lock out, and then use a large screwdriver to turn the latch, which will open the trunk.
I'd go with the first option!
