Disconnect the wires leading to both of the fans. Remove the cross-member that goes over the radiator. Remove the four bolts securing the fan assembly and lift it out.

YOUR FAN FOR THE AC IS NOT WORKING THE FAN HAVE TWO SPEED 1 FOR NORMAL COOLING AND THE OTHER FOR YOUR AC CHECK AC FAN RELAY IS THAT IS GOOD CHECK FAN MOTOR AND ALSO CHECK CONNECTION ON FAN MOTOR
its a stuck sensor or relay ,, fans will run with the car off until the desired heat and or cooling is completed . check the under hood fuse block for a relay for the fan, see if you have another one that's the same, and switch them out,, if it stops and works ok,, replace the bad relay
The starter is buried on the back side of the motor. I would recommend borrowing some ramps and lifting the whole front end. If you can only raise one side the right side might give you better access to the solenoid connections and starter bolts.
there is a balast resister or what everone call it blower motor resister these go bad so you can lose your speeds on your blower motor the resister is in the blower box on the back side replace it and your good to go
If the air temperature is high then this may be "normal" as there is a temperature switch which is powered after the ignition is turned off so the fan may continue for some minutes after you stop the engine. If it's still going after about 15 minutes you may need to replace the temperature switch.
