Dfifrank: The relay you are seeking is locate on the driver's side of the car. The left kick panel or panel forward of the left front door pillar. There is a large box which is the ABS control unit.
There are two smaller relays with it. The relay mounted which is closest to the rear of the car is the fuel pump relay.
The relays in the fuse panel are as follows: the one to the extreme left which is located half way up the box is the ignition relay.
The one at the top right is the accessory relay and the one at the bottom right is the blower relay.
You have a pair of audio amp relay's located in the right lower kick panel and a flasher unit sometimes referred to as a relay, located further up closer to the firewall on the right kick panel.
I believe this should answer your questions and then some.
I service a lot of Maxima's consequently they are somewhat familiar to me.

I have a 1985 Cadilac Fleetwood - front wheel drive, 4dr. The digital gas message center does not work properly and I wanted to know if it could be a relay or what could be the problem. When I have driven 200 miles it tells me that I only have 8.0 gallons but it also shows that I am Empty and when I put gas in it, it will only hold $26.00 worth of gas which tells me I really have a half of a tank and it is not empty. "CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP" before I run out of gas thinking I have gas in my car.

Where is the fuel pump fuse

Probably a relay, not a fuse. If there is a fuse it will be marked on the fuse box panel. Usually the relay is located under the hood either in a fuse/relay box or on a rack of several relay on the firewall.

Looks for the Fuel fuse for a 2003 f150 ford truck xlt

Gonna do my best to try to explain what I think you are looking for. I am going to assume that you are having fuel problems so I will give you 4 places to look for power supply problems to your fuel pump. 1. Your fuel pump cut off switch is located in the front passenger footwell by the kick panel access cover. 2. The fuel pump fuse is in your power distribution box located in the engine compartment. That fuse is in the # 10 position. If you are looking in the box towards the bottom there are 2 rows off fuses and in between those rows are 2 relays. I hope you understand. The # 10 position is in the 2nd row, you have 2 fuses then 2 relays and from the relays going left to right it will be the 5th one over from the relays. It's a 20 amp fuse. 3. The fuses for the fuel pump relay is in the # 18 position. That fuse is in the same row as the last one but is the first one after the realys going left to right. It is a 15 amp fuse. and finally number 4. The fuel pump relay itself will be the second relay going from the left in that same "row" that I have been telling you about. That's the # 301 position. I hope this helped and good luck.

Main fuse box located on driver's side to the left of the steering wheel, above the brake pedal.

Underhood fuse block swap out relay #7 thats the ECM relay.
Ground Circuits Using a DVOM, touch negative voltmeter lead to a good ground. Touch positive voltmeter lead to each ground terminal. With vehicle running, voltmeter should indicate less than one volt. If reading is greater than one volt, check for open, corrosion and loose connection on ground lead. See ECM GROUND LOCATION table for ECM ground location.
