could be the timing belt tensioner. with the timing casing removed place a socket extension bar on some metal then to your ear as it will help you locate the noise. be careful tho. failing that big end shells i would check. hope this helps
Vibration, usually upon acceleration? Sounds like the passenger side axle may be (possibly)wearing as the clearances inside the axle wear out, creating excessive movement when under a load (acceleration). Usually a rapid vibration that increases as you speed up.

Seems u have a problem on ignition during high speed! Better go to ur favorite garage and have ur ignition tune up( timing, spark plugs, air cleaner, fuel filter ).
Check those parts!
