My 1999 jeep C started leaking fluid we made apt to fix that night it started to make a clanking noise then i heard a braking noise on the bottom of truck smelled a funny smell the truck stalled it started back up but it was loud and it would move very slow then cut off when i let off the gas can any one SOLVE IT
Check all fluid levels, especially oil and transmission. You are probably bone dry. After topping off fluids, check to see what and where it is leaking from.

It is a dark pink, transmission fluid as it isn't oil or brake fluid.

Did you recently go off road with it and possibly hit something like a very large rock?
From what you describe, it sounds like a serious transmission problem. Check the fluid level, it must be quite low now, and check to see where it's coming from after adding fluid and starting it up. How was it running and shifting before this?
