The keys and the lock have to be reset to each other , every time the key is removed a new code is set, if the key can't read the lock the starter will engage but it will not start. A workshop manual will show the steps to reprogram the keys. Make sure all keys are reprogramed at the same time.
The IMMO light tells you , IMMO is failing,

rule one , never buy a car with IMMO, baring that, buy the FSM.

Turn your steering wheel to allow the ignition to fully unlock while turning the key.

You need to replace the SKIM module and have it programmed. It needs to be programmed to the PCM with the VIN and the keys all have to be programmed to the module. I don't think aftermarket scanners are capable of all that is involved so you may have to go to the dealer to get it done. I hope this helps.
