92 Buick Le Sabre engine stumbling/hesitation

Car has been sitting for 3 years. changed plugs, wires, O2 sensor, oil, and filters. ran great for 1-2 days, then started cutting out after I tried using the cruise control. got codes 13 and 44 after i replaced the O2 sensor? checked the connection, cleaned the MAF sensor, no codes but still runs rough. any ideas?

    checked coils, reading pretty close to spec, no spark. changed ign. module, no help. appears to have fuel pressure.

    eng runs fine pulls good under part throt
    but under WOT eng pull good to apx 5000 rpm
    then it hits the rev limiter but you must lift
    off the throt to get it to upshift
    fresh tuneup,plugs,air filter,new O2 (b1,s1)
    cleaned the maf, any clues on where to next ?

Have you checked fuel pressure? How about spark on all 6 cylinders? Maybe a coil?

    No spark on all cylinders or some do and some don't?

A lot of new parts! Have a compression test done to gauge the engine's internal condition, and go from there. If compression is good on all 6 cylinders, scan for trouble codes. The compression test may find your problem, something like an exhaust valve burned or not seating properly.

We are trying to find out if my 1997 buick le sabre has an oil pan sensor or oil pressure sensor and where it is located at so that we can change out the oil pan
all car well have a oil pressure sensor, the oil pressure sensor is what lets you know, you have good oil pressure, if light comes on low oil pressure, need to turn off engine before major engine damage occurs, the oil pressure switch will be next to the oil filter, screw into the engine block, your car also has a oil pan sensor, called oil level sensor, that one screw into the side of the oil pan, it let you know when your some what low on oil.

Regardless of age, battery discharging first needs to be addressed and fixed - bad battery or something in car (like a light) may be staying on when car is shut off.
Fuel pressure is too low - should be around 50psi and may be caused by an intermittent fuel pump or regulator problem.
The cause of the other problems is usually with the IAC or MAF sensors or the EGR valve - fouling at the EGR, IAC and/or throttle body is to be expected for a car this old.

What is this part called 2001 Le Sabre-This part is black and looks like a barrel with a switch that plugs on top of it and sits on the exhaust manifold with a gasket underneath it. It's on the drive side...
From what you described, i THINK it is the O2 or Oxygen sensor. Does it have a single wire to it??? If so, that's it.

Installing ignition module
Unscrew the ignition coil(s) from on top of the module...(leave plug wires attached)....and set aside noting coil position on module....unplug module and replace with a known working module.If there is grease under old module...transfer it to new module.Replace coil(s) and start her up.
TIP. While you are there,why not also change the crank sensor (if it not new).....it is THE trouble maker on these engines.

98 Cavalier 2.4L engine stumbles at 2000-2500 rpm
Could be a short in the wiring for the O2 sensor.   I currently have the same issue only my car finally threw a code after two days of it acting up.  Code 106.  Changed the MAP sensor and it now throws 108, MAP sensor high voltage circuit.  Ah the joys of cold weather and broke down vehicles.  But I know that you wont always get a code with a short.  Let me know if you fixed the problem.
