My 1995 Mazda Protege's ac will stay cold as long as it's idling but if it's really hot outside it will go warm when it's being driven in about 10 minutes. I turn it off for awhile and turn it back on and it will do the same thing only stay cold for about 10 minutes. It has plenty of freon and the compressor kicks on and off. What could be the problem?

I assume your fan is not turning which can be heard with just the key on at low. You will need to replace your heater fan , buy a Haynes book for your car $10 or so and read how to replace it, you could also check fan in car by jumping a 10 amp line to it to make sure fan is bad! Check anti freeze volume, and thermostat if fan is good.
