Its probably the fuel filter still clogging if you did a back wash thru the lines to clean filter if your lucky it actually made it past the fuel pump and or debris is at bottom of tank those filters are part of the fuel pump assembly and if clogged usually replace the whole thing since you have to drop the tank --also fuel pump might be dying if or when pump over heats [uses fuel to cool itself ]will stop -- check fuel pump relay sometimes will overheat and shuts off pump these problems do not pop a code
Clean the throttle body be sure u use throttle body cleaner and not carburetor cleaner also clean ur air filter then take it for a drive in city stop and go then freeway for about 20 mins park it disconnect the battery for about 5mins. Reconnect the battery and then start it up if ur still having problems try replacing the o2 sensor or the iac sensor if its still running like that check to make sure ur fuel lines are not clogged or if ur fuel pump is still good
There is code that does not turn on the service engine soon. have code retrieve. And when the problems occured have fuel pressure check. You have to find out if the problem is electrical or fuel and air .Another way to find it is move engine harness while engine running if it stall could be short to ground or wire cut open

most of the time computer just needs to relearn itself. should straighten itself out after a drive.if not try cleaning the throttle plate
