Problem with 2005 Chrysler Pacifica. I have no horn,radio,fr.wipers,headlights,won't come out of park, all warning lights on in dash. All Fuses in intergraded power module check out O.K. The front wiper high low makes a clicking noise constantly. Car starts and runs fine.

You have two unrelated issues.

The air bag light is on because there is a fault with it. Only by checking DTC Codes will tell you this issue. It could be the clock spring connection, it could be the sensors.

The Horn issue is probably the horn relay, relay R9.

Sounds like you have a dead battery. Charge it or jumpstart it.

I have a 2003 Town and Country mini-van and I lost power to all my ... In addition to this my wipers, headlight controls, blinker controls, power door locks, and A/C/heat controls are out as well. The odd thing is that the power windows work, the power sideview mirrors work, the radio and ceiling lights also work.

check your fuses

THERE ARE TWO FUSE BOXES TO LOOK IN ONE UNDER THE HOOD ONE INSIDE CAR DRIVERS SIDE IN DASH

I would consider using air to blow water out of all electric comnectors esp around fuse box and alt even temove batt cables and clean or remove mostire

maybe a ground wire somewhere came disconnected either under the hood or under the car,also check your battery cable connections and fuses

See if you have power going to the radio the covers on the dash just pull off and then remove the two screws. Pull radio out and check power

Check these fuses again:
In the Power Distribution Center (in the engine compartment, left fender panel) Fuse #3 (20 Amp) Fuse #7 (40 Amp), Fuse #12 (20 Amp) and in the Junction Block (on the left end of the dash) Fuse #1 (15 Amp)
Use a test lamp and make sure that these fuses have power. All of these fuses should all have power at all times, regardless of ignition switch position. If they are all good and have power, then you probably need to replace your Central Timer Module. All of the circuits you listed are dependant on this module for operation.
