The relay is on the compressor housing itself. Take the splash shield off of the bottom front driver's side corner. You will see a plastic cube a little larger than an ice cube with about six wires going into it.

Replace fuse dashboard 1992 buick roadmaster

press the helpful button and check links below, it is a 1993 manual, should be the same.
one fuse panel on that vehicle. It's on the driver side end of dash, you have to open the driver door to get at it. The box is under the hood, labeled relay center I believe. http://www.vadengmpp.com/owners-manual/buick/1993-Buick-RoadMaster.pdf

My Buick roadmaster 1994 won't start changed the fuel filter but that didn't help put a brand new battery in it and it is not the starter.

Have you checked the fuel pump or fuse? First check for a blown fuse. I belive that is an electrical pump, when you turn the key on with engine off, you should hear a slight whine. The whine is the pump turning on and sending fuel to the enigne. Another way to check is to hook up a fuel presseure gauge to the fuel rail on top of the motor. There will be a rail that conects the fuel line to the injectors the rail is near the spark plugs, there should be a "capped" connection on the end of the rail. Remove the cap, hook up your gauge and check the pressure. Pressure varies w/ model, but it should be above 20psi. If you don't get a reading with the key on that indicates the problem is with the pump or the wiring going to the pump. Do a quick voltage test with the pump connections if you get 12 volts the pump is bad, if not there is damage to the wiring, a fuse is blown or the solenoid for the pump is bad. Avg life for a fuel pump is 100,000 to 150,000miles

Where to put fuses on a 1994 buick roadmaster

the fuse panel is behind a trim cover on the side of the dash on drivers side, open the drivers door and u will dsee the trim cover the fuse panel, there is also a electrical distribution center under the hood insode a black plastic box, it contains cirvuit breakers and more fuses, all are marked by number, if u don't have a owners manual u can download a free one on PDF at the GM customer center, u must have a Yahoo account to use the site. here is a link to that site.

No owners manual

You probably have to go get a Haynes manual.

How do you rerout the belt on a 1994 buick roadmaster estate wagon when not using a c pulley...The ac pulley and clutch has seized up.

You will need to get an idle pully, remove the air con. pump and fit the idle pully in its place. You may be able to reroute the belt but getting a belt to fit will be a problem.

How to remove water pump?

You more than likely have to remove the radiator and then you can access the water pump. I had to replace both of mine at the same time, so it worked out fine. In the Haynes manual it says you must remove the electric fan if equipped and also the air pump to get to the mounting bracket bolts.
