Generally you can clear that by locking and unlocking the drivers side door using the key. Also try hatch lock and sometimes passenger side (rarely but sometimes used).
If one window is not working but the others are working then it is not a fuse. To locate the fuses, open the front passenger door and look for an access panel at the end of the instrument panel.
that switch is inside the door on the left side of the bottom latch assembly on the left (passenger side) it's round and has one wire coming from it. Providing we are talking about the rear hatch door.
The hatch release button in located on the rear hatch door. The hatch release for the entire door is a lever located under the license plate. The hatch release for the window is located above the license plate.
in the 1994 jeep the anti theft device can be over riden by using key lock/unluck back hatch open and close, then start engine as usual. each time u lock or disconnect battery u must do it again.
