I put the a single torbo in the car and 66 in the code i am getting can still drive but cant get put my foot down without it kind of reving up then down rev wont reach over 3000 rpm
It's in 'safe mode'. Fault 66 is a nightmare! Usually caused by the sensors not talking to each other properly or 'disagreeing' with each other. Check all the sensors are pluged in & have good connections. A dirty connection can cause this code to appear. Disconnect the battery & touch the + & - leads together to discharge the system & reset the computer & fault codes
Code 66 is usually caused by the secondary "dump" valve having a hole in the diaphram. The system relies on vacuum to work. Under boost of course there isnt any. The car has a resovuior in the l/f guard. if the valve has a hole, vacuum bleeds off under prolonged boost, and it all falls over ""code66"" means something went wrong, but I dont know why! The ecu can only check electronic components. not vacuum/mecanical ones. pull the hose off the valve and **** on it. if it does hold vacuum, check the one under the intercooler. #1 hose on the vacuum block on the r/f guard. It can do the same thing.
