Ignition key will not turn, 2007 Nissan Murano

Attempted to pull the vehicle in garage this evening, had intelkey in possession, unable to turn ignition. Took key out of intel(box) and attempted to use manually and I was unable to turn key. Also tried to use standard (Spare) key with same result. Shifter is in park, the key works locking and unlocking doors, and all dome lights work (do not think it is battery). Any suggestions????

Pawel Nietyksza has no clue ,don't wast your time looking for a programming button, there isn't any. You need a factory or some other type of professional grade scan tool to program the key for anti-theft system immobilizer.

2007 Nissan Murano, cranks but wont turn over can't figure it out

If the engine sounds as if it wants to start, it is possible that you just have too much gas in the manifolds or in the cylinders. Try the following: Turn on the ignition but do not start. Hold down the gas pedal for a minute or two. Then start the car without releasing the pedal. I know some will say this method will not work with "drive by wire" systems such as MO's but I think it will.

More than likely though, the problem could be the anti theft system interfering, or locking down the ignition. Close all doors and then using your key (not the fob) lock and unlock the doors several times and then try.

Nissan key trouble

Unfortunately, the keys have an anti-theft chip in their bodies that communicates with the car's system.
Try Googling ("Nissan/car key programming" for a cheaper price or phone independent garages. The keys can probably only be done by an authorized Nissan dealer. Also, phone locksmiths for their opinion.

Sometimes intelkey will not start car hard key does not work either

These new security systems are a pain, aren' they? You may have to take your vehicle to the dealership to find out what the problem is. It Will most likely get worse over time, until one day the key just won't work at all.
