Question about Honda Passport
Sounds like you got the spark covered. I would look into fuel. Have someone carefully go under the rear of the car. While in park, turn the key to IGN (the one slot before it starts). They should hear a moan or hum for about 1-2 seconds. This is the fuel pump charging up. It should do this every time at key on. If you do not hear that, then it is not turning on the fuel pump. Easiest fix is a fuel pump relay- if youre lucky. If not, its likely the pump. I have gotten cars to start by taking my fist and pounding on the gas tank in a few different areas. This sometimes will get the brushes in the electric fuel pump motor to turn just enough to get it to work. If that succesfully happens, youre in for a new fuel pump.
If it does hum, then youre at least getting fuel pump activity. You could check the coils if you havent already.

SOURCE: i have an 86 honda
There are two slots in the valve cover right by the cam shaft sprocket that have to be honda bonded or black rtv. look closely at the valve cover right above the gasket underneath the timing belt cover. Hope that helps.

Are you sure you have correct timing? its definetly a fule problem, if timing is good then turn your key to the on position and try to listin for the fule pump to prime. While the key is in on position go to fuel rail, there is a valve on fule rail called sharader valve. Get a small screw driver and press valve in to check if car has fule pressure. if pressure is present then it is incorrect timing or possible bad cam sensor.
