Your rad and overflow bottle is over filled, your thermostat is sticking causing a slight over heating condition or your rad could be clogged. If you bought the truck used you may wanna check to see if it has a thermostat at all. Also if bought used you wouldn't know if the previous owner added a bunch of that great stop leak stuff. That stuff is designed for a real temporary fix till you can get to the shop but people see that it works so the add it and add it and add it until it just gums up the whole dang system. Eventually the passages in the rad can't flow water as efficiently anymore so the path of least resistance is the old plastic overflow and if its filled to high it will overfill it and bamm . There's yer puddle.
If I understand correctly, your coolant (water) is overflowing out of your resevoir? Either you have too much coolant, and it doesn't have any place to go, or it is boiling over. Remeber even water expands when hot.
