Where is the fuse for the power windows?

It's a 60 amp FUSE, not a breaker. It's in the fuse box found under the hood. I think it's #6
The other 15 amp fuse is located in the under dash fuse box. I think it's # 17, but I'm not positive. The owners manual will show you where the fuse boxes are located.

read owners manual to locate pwr window fuse.or open up box and a label diagram should be on bottom of lid or door of fuse box. locate and pull.hold up to light to check or run continuity test.
if new fuse fixes prob, it is most likely going to happen again. then you'll need to isolate window that is problem.(last one used before fuse blows)go from there. GinoR

Go through your fuse box and check for any burned out fuses also they may take a relay which may also be out. You can pick up a HAYNES or other brand repair manual at any auto parts store. Auto Zone sells mainly Haynes books, they will guide you to your repair in a step by step repair. The books are kind of like "repairs for idiots" they are really detailed and easy to follow.

there is a early and late version in 2002. i need the production date either before 03/2002 or after 03/2002. now from my experience with these trucks 9 times out of 10 it is the ground wire in the drivers door boot and a few other also. if you open the drivers door and pull back the black boot from the door side and push it as far as you can to the body of the truck you will see a few wires broken i am sure and if not at first start gently pulling on the bigger gauge wire especially the black one and if any feel free continue to pull! i get this all the time in my shop and if not then please get back to me with your production dat and i will give you the fuse for the windows! ask any more question you have and good luck.

All the windows are on the same fuse, if the other windows are working fine, it's not a fuse issue. I susppect the motor or the window regulator.
With your ear close to the door panel, press the window switch up and down, if you hear the motor and grinding noises then the window regulator needs to be replaced, if you don't hear anything then the motor is bad OR no power is getting to the motor. either way you will have to take the door panel off and to fix.
