The audio from the DVD player on my 2003 Town & Country used to play through the radio when the radio was set to a particular frequency and the switch on the DVD player was set to send the signal to the radio. Over time the ability of the system to work correctly became intermittent. sometimes I could receive the audio on a frequency slightly off the frequency that originally worked. Now I do not get any audio regardless of the frequency I set the radio to. Anyone have a solution?

Probably too late but I had the same problem yesterday. Try changing your battery. It sounds crazy but it worked for me.

2005 chrysler town and country how to attach aftermarket dvd player to factory screen?

The best reply for this is to see a radio teck that fits wireless into cars as they have the gear , looms and connections and the know how to do the job without upsetting the ECM program. IT will be money well spent especially if you use an accredited radio technician.

2003 Chrysler Town & Country DVD Player doesn't output picture to screen, audio on right side only.

The cost to repair it will cost you more then to just buy a used one from a auto wrecker.

Have 2002 town and country, the dvd player has issues, when i put a dvd in it the little light flashes and then reads error, will do that to about 20 to 25 disc then will play one. not good when i have 3...

There really isn't anything you can do yourself, other than cleaning the lens using a cd/DVD player lens cleaning disk. Also check that the disks you are using are clean and free of scratches. If the player still doesn't work right, you will have to get it serviced at the dealer. Some electronics repair shops will also service these players, but you will have to remove it from the vehicle yourself. Hope this helps. Good luck.

I can't get my factory radio to play while my factory dvd is playing through the speakers on my 2003 town and country

That is intentional; the car radio audio is disabled while the player is working. The previous owner of my Town and Country had a modification done that disabled this by switching off the signal to the radio, so the kids can use the headphones, and I can get my talk radio fix on long trips. It was done by the dealer, so they should be familiar with the procedure.

Help with the DVD player

Did you google make & model of the stereo. The manufacturers usually have a spot for all of that.

While in park, get the movie playing. Then press on the "Audio" button. This is the button that displays the speaker balance (front, back, left, right). While the audio display is still showing, put the car in drive (or reverse to back out and then drive). Once you are underway, press on the "Audio" button. The video will continue to play up front while you are driving. You have to do this each time, but its not that big of a deal. Obviously this is for the front passenger's use, and not intended for the driver.
