When i pull out of park the 10 amp panel fuse blows on 99 camry 2.2

This turns out all your dash loghts. There is a wire that runs to the bulb at the gear lever and you will most likly find that it is earthing out on the gear stick when you move it

The dash lights for the heater and control on my

You need to remove complete front dash panel, where are the knobs. First start with the radio cover, after go gently through the all screws, which holds the dash panel. Don't worry, the Toyota plastic material is very good processed and is strong but elastic. Yes after dismounting it will look like You will be scared, but step by step You will finish it good.

Dash Lights dont come on 89 camry

I would be looking at the dimmer switch for the dash illumination level. You may have a bad connection on the back of the switch, or the rheostat may have a dead spot.

How do I dim the dash lights on a 2008 Toyota Camry?

Glad to provide you with assistance. Observe the instrument cluster that kas the clear plastic lens: There is a small black stick poking out of it, lower right side. This is the dimmer knob.

The graciousness of a FIxYa rating would be appreciated.
