Blown fuse or a loose ground strap from engine to firewall.

what engine, you need to know that to fix all car engines, many options. 4.7L V8? is common state side.

2003 has throttle by wire , system. TBW. 4.7L has it USA!

all suzuki have an operators guide in the glove box.
and if missing is online, Google that, for zillion hits.
read the manual, RTM, see the dash page. it tells you what each and every light means. you should know them.
so when driving you dont burn up a good engine.

You'll find a dash board fuse under the dash itself on the bottom end of the body control module (bcm). If this fuse is fine, and your gauge problem is somewhat erratic, or if you have having other dash problems with idiot lights of odometer led's, then I would suspect the instrument cluster main wire connector pins. Let me know and I can provide some guidance. Googling "voyager dash gauge problem solder" will likely find some informative posts on this solution as well.

Did you accidentally push a button the dash to make the car read in metric? That would make sense if things were in kilometers instead of miles. Can't remember exactly how the 2005 model was but there should be buttons on the left side of the dash and one of those would change from miles to km. If your dash isn't like that, let me know and we can figure it out.

In your policy it will state that the ins. co. has the option to put used parts on your car once it has passed 12,000 miles and or 12 months of age. But if they have replaced the dash with a used one there should be some type of number and or letters written on the inside of the dash, by hand. This tells the salavage yard if it is theirs or not, if it is returned to them. Also very carefully look up under the dash without touching anything if possible, "with a bright light" see if you can see any dust that has been touched with a hand. Maybe a clen spot that is next to an area that has dust on it.

ECT is you engine coolant temperature. i suggest you have you ect sensor inspected.
