The Thermostat is located behind the Thermostat Housing on almost all Vehicles. There are 3 different Engine types they used in this Caravan this particular year. I have uploaded you pictures showing the locations of the Thermostat and Housings for each Engine in .pdf format. You can download them by clicking HERE. The engine cooling thermostats are a wax pellet driven, reverse poppet
choke type. If you follow the Upper Radiator Hose up to the side of the Engine, it connects to the Thermostat Housing.
You must drain the Cooling System before you remove it. I went ahead and made you up the replacement procedures for replacing this Thermostat. You can download it by clicking HERE.

U will need to enter the radio anti theft code, this lock out was triggered by the loss of voltage to the radio during the battery change, this code is unique to each radio and cam in the owners information packet when the cat was sold new.

Mark spark plugs wire so you'll know where to put them back, remove spark plug wires, disconnect coil harness, remove 4 small bolts and replace.
