The dash lights on my 2004 toyota corolla stoped working.
Try checking the fuse box for blown fuses, if all fuses are ok, then the lightbulbs behind the dash need to be changed
The dash lights work in the sun light, not at night, or in going though a car wash. WHY?
Most likely it's time for a new blower motor. The blower motor is under the right side of dash pull the 2 wire plug off the motor and check for power and ground with a test light. Sometimes if you hit the motor with you hand and power on if the motor starts to run you going to need a blower motor but this doesn't always work test with test light is better.

Have you checked your fuse panel for any burnt out fuses? If you dont see any under the drivers side that are burnt out, check the engine bay for another fuse box.
