Apparently the 45RFE transmission has a crossmember which is bent towards the rear of the vehicle like this [ and the 42RFE has a straight across cross member.

Trammisson presure switch

Hello, do you mean transmission pressure switch for automatic transmission? If it is an automatic ****** then there are pressure switches but there aren't called pressure switches but sensor switches. The feed real time information to the automatic transmission controller. And you are thinking I can change these sensors. No, there located under the valve body of the transmission.

Hi, the problem may be simple. Try to check the automatic transmission fluid and filter for it may be burned and needs fluid change. A smooth run will be noticeable after doing this.

Had automatic transmission fluid changed and now my 2003 jeeep liberty will not shift correctly. Still in shop they do not know what to do

have them reset cvi's. (clutch volume indexes) need a scan tool to complete. if they changed the filter need to make sure filter and gasket are properly seated in the valve body.
