2004 hyundai accent audio fuse blowing

The radio in my 2004 hyundai accent quit working. sowhen i went to replace the fuse, it blew. Each fuse that i put in afterwards, whether it be the same voltage, or less continued to blow. I called the dealership to try to get an ida as to what it may be, but they want a ton of money to just look at it. so i'm hoping that someone is able to give me an idea as to what it could be so that i can fix it myself instead of paying the dealership to do something that could otherwise be done for myself.

Either the radio itself has developed an internal short, or there is a short along the wiring from the fuse box to the radio. It is one or the other. If the fuse blows with the radio turned off, then the problem is a short in the wiring from the fuse box to the radio. In that case, its time to try to crawl up under your car's dash and hopefully find where the wiring has rubbed against a piece of metal and shorted out.

I have a 2002 Hyundai Accent the Alternator went out and replaced that and it started just fine acept for the following: The low beams on the head lights work high beams ( but the low beams don't work )...

It sounds like a blown fuse. Are you checking them with a test light? And have you located all of the fuses. there will typically be a fuse box under the drivers dash area, and one under the hood. have another look Im certain you'll find a blown fuse. Good luck.

I have a hyundai accent 2001 2 doors .my dash

you might need to look at the wires on the back of the radio, there might be an inline fuse, also you best have a look at the main fuse panel in the car and see if the one for the radio and clock has blown

The saloon lights fuse 10a in the Hyundai accent blowing

it wont be an overload, more likely a short, check saloon and boot light bulbs, boot light switch, door switches, looking for a broken switch or loose wire

Wiper fuse keeps blowing intermittently.

It looks like the wire circuit for the wiper motor is touching the car body when shaken so the only thing you can do is shake the wires and terminals yourself while engine is running then maybe you can pinpoint where the earthing is.
