Well, the IAT (Intake Air Temperature) sensor is located on the air intake duct between the filter and the throttle body (Assuming you have the 6L motor). The wires are easily visible at the plug that connects the sensor to the wiring harness. That's the easiest place to access them.

First thing unhook positive battery cable, unhook main cable on starter selanoid and small wire on selanoid (there may be 2 small wires) There may be a bracket on front of starter that has to be removed, and then the 2 main bolts that hold it to engine block and it should come out.

P0102 is mass air flow sensor circuit, low input the MAF is attached to the air cleaner where the hose runs out of it... Unplug it and check the voltage supply and the ground... looking into the plug, with the tab facing up, there will be 3 connecters inside it, left to right they are.... sensor signal, ground and supply.... make sure you have 12 volts at your supply and the ground is good good luck

you need to disconnect the wire in the rh floor board of cab and then you can check timing.
