The inner sides of both front tires are worn out more than the outer sides.

unless you have the equipment/tools wheel alignment is not a DIY job you can undertake best advice is visit local tyre depot and have it checked as to what problem is regarding the necessity for wheels to have realignment??

Thanks for your reply/update the reason for front tyres wearing as you describe would suggest the steering tracking is wrong and for some reason ?the tyre wear on inner isindication the track is toeing out too much ? this fault could be ? simple adjustment req'd however dependand on make of tyres has to be considered when tracking as to whether they toe in or out or straight ahead ? also front wheel drive ? there could be other factors b4 tracking is adjusted such as steering joints wear ? or damage ? also suspension ? as i mentioned best to visit a good tyre depot and let them investigate while you wait and give you a reportas to fault normally free in uk if it is simply tracking req's re adjust then they can do it and charge for the adjusting not expensive and they may also recommend switching wheels from rear to front providing tread are good ? hope this helps best wishes

The Hyundai Santa Fe is 4X2 or 4X4????? Please.

Hello! the 2002 Santa Fe has optional All Wheel Drive (AWD)...Which is permanent (can not be turned off)...If the option is not on your vehicle then it is Front Wheel Drive (FWD) only...The VIN # will tell you if the option is on your vehicle...

Where is the starter located on a 2003 hyundai santa fe

raise the front end.
Starter is mounted to the lower-left side of the engine.
You didn't specify an engine, so assuming the 2.7 V6.

Starter is a cylindrical canister about the size of a large can of beans...Follow the heavy red cable from the battery down to the front of the starter.

*You may need to remove the transaxle cables for access*

Take the old starter with you to buy the replacement, and you'll get your core credit on-the-spot.

As a side note: the '02 models were recalled in Jan '03 for faulty starter assemblies...but I don't see a note on the '03.

Hyundai santa fe 03 running problems

If your Santa Fe has a V6 engine 2.7L , it sounds like you have an ignition break down happening. You will need to renew all the ignition wires and check the two coils also for arcing .
