My 1995 camaro z28 runs fine sometimes and sometimes it won't even start It stops fireing. I've changed the distributor,distributor cap,plugs,plug wires,and coil. and it still acts up

You might be experiencing a problem with your Vats security system. GM installed these anti theft systems on almost all of its cars in the 90's. (that little black chip in your key) They are known for turning off starters and injectors. Fuel pressure? Do you hear the fuel pump running? Read the codes to see if ECM is still alive. Do you have spark at the plugs? Remember all motors need 3 things to run air, fuel, and fire at the right time.
Your Car May have a fuel Pressure regulation Valve, take it to a shop and see if there is an easy way to check it to see if you are loseing the pressure you need to push the fuel through the lines.
I too, once owned a '95 z28, fun car to drive, anyway HO chevy small blocks w/EFI are notorious for being beasts on a cold start. Try this when you get ready to start the car turn the ignition on but don't start let it set there a few seconds you should hear the fuel pumping waking up. Now instead of holding the key and letting it crank and crank, just hit enough to let the engine fire. Not only will lengthen the life of your starter it will lengthen the life of the fuel pump.
It sounds like your cooling system is becoming clogged with debris. Flush your radiator, replace the temperature sensor and the thermostat. Also, Griffin makes great after market high capacity aluminum radiators, a little pricey, but worth the money the event you have to replace the radiator due leaks and corrosion.
