Removing rear seat on 2004 Trailblazer to get to - 3dbcee3d-0f5c-41c3-bbbc-ac7ea0dfc9ab.jpgThe "rear" fuse box/panel isn't below or under the back or rear seat. It's basically located behind kind of underneath the drivers front seat. Just remove that cover in the picture to expose the fuse panel.

SOURCE: Rear tailight (brake/running light) drivers side

You will need to check the contacts where the bulb inserts for arcing, causing a short. Test for power and ground at the conn. 2 b sure you have power there. If this is the case you will need to replace the light assembly.

Rear fuse box is under the seat bottom, rear seat (middle row) on the driver's side. There is a plastic cover over the top of it that snaps into place.

SOURCE: the power door locks stopped

Sounds like body computer is malfunctioning or the module that controls the door locks lost it's program.Disconnect the battery for few minutes then reconnect and check. In some cases this resets the system computer and all starts working. But if that does not helps then problem has to be checked with the power door lock system.Either a power door lock actuator or the power door lock switch. Usually the most common problems with power door locks are the actuators. They are small electric motors used to lock and unlock the car doors when activated by a switch or remote. Like any electric motor sooner or later it will fail. Replacing an actuator involves removing the interior door panel for access. Some are part of the door latch and some are independent.
Either way, door lock actuators need to be replaced if they are buzzing, working only in one mode or are not working at all. if the problem is with the door lock actuator or just the switch. If a All the door locks, only work when locking and NONE of them work to unlock, then the switch is most likely the cause.

Fuse location for heated seats on a 2004 trailblazer

I looked in mitchell service information, what engine? 4.2L 6cyl, or the 5.3L v8? Mitchell shows a fuse box under the hood, and an addittional fuse box located beneath the 2nd row seats. I could not find a fuse that is dedicated to the heated seat function.

Hi looking for my fuse box for a chevrelet trailblazer, the year 2005

You MAY have 2 depending on what options you may have, I know the Extended version has 2. The main one is under the hood on the drivers side. You'll see a rectangular black box . If you're standing over the right front drivers tire, it will be right under you against the fender. Push two clips in with your fingers and it will pop up and out.

The other one you May or May not have is under the rear seat, drivers side rear seat.

fuse 32 (10 amp) in rear fuse block is power.Fuse box is under left rear seat. if thats OK you will need a good repair shop to go further. it may involve the Body Control Module.
