2015 Suzuki 4 stroke 175 when first started I let idle for 10 to 15 min . I put it in reverse to get off the trailer and it beeps every 3 to 5 sec and check engine flashes. What does this mean?

Hi
Are you sure that's not a 'safety feature' to warn others that you're reversing - like on commercial trucks?

Also, why do you let it warm up for 10-15 mins? Seems excessive? Is this suggested in the Owner's Manual for that engine? As this is surely fuel injected, it should be ready to go immediately....or wait ~5 minutes if you're going full throttle from the dock/launch...to let the oil warm a bit.

One headlight stays on after turning car off.

with engine on, check lights, main beam and dip and side lights. Check tail lights work too.
With lights on, turn the indicator switch left for a few seconds then right. You are looking for odd behavior with lights.
It's a good indication of an earthing fault (grounding).
Turn engine off and see if lights-on warning alarm sounds.
Corrosion around connectors often causes light faults, check them all, if they seem sound then check the relays.
Another possibility is the switch itself. Wiggle it around very gently feeling for loose movement or flickering lights. The whole switch may need replacing. It's a start......after that then you need to check wiring loom. (very rarely the bulb is the fault so test them with a circuit tester)

Engine light alarm, did not pass smog?

dependent upon your state restrictions it needs to be either fixed or taken through a waiver process. in most any state that does smogs anything after 1996 with an engine light on will fail smog because it only comes on to warn you of an emissions related issue.
I would suggest having it diagnosed at the nearest 2G smog certified shop...

Question is pertaining to a 1991 audi 90 allowed my oil level to drop way to low at which point the 'alarm' for low oil pressure began to sound. unfortunately, even after toping up the oil and cycling it...

check teh oil light pressure switch on the engine they often have a rubber boot over the wiring connections ,these boots tends to fill with oil throwing the oil light switch on ,must be a american market one because i have never seen this buzzer on the europeon ones

Electrical problems

sounds like the brake light switch is the culprit for both the intermittent brake lights and cruise control problems. the engine warning light could be an unrelated issue that needs to be diagnosed.

Low fuel warning light

Yes it does have a low fuel warning light. Mostly when you have 10 liters remaining in your tank.
