I have a 2000 Chrysler Town and Country, occassionally the van won't start at all, it's for a few hours up to 24 hrs and then will start. Next time the van is turned off will start up but then maybe the next time it won't start at all. It's been to electrical shops, the dealer, and various mechanics, sensors switched out, car alarm unhooked, computer ck'd okay, but still no fix. Have been reading posts about various situations where the crankshaft senor has to be replaced when the van just dies as someone is driving it, wondering if that could be the problem here..help!! The tumblers inside your ignition switch are probably worn and dirty. You can try cleaning and lubeing the switch. Also your key could be worn. If you have another key try that too. Good luck, i hope this helps.
I replaced the brake pads on a '94 Chrysler town and country, I had the rotors turned also, I did not use any anti-vibration substance on the shoes. I hear a clicking noise from front brakes.
There really is no way to change just the cover. Open the hatch. There are two quarter sized round plastic clips that have to be gently pulled out. Then you can remove the tail light.
