Truck wont start but will turn over just fine why?

Good day. i have a tacoma 1996 4cil. i dont get power on the red wire of de crankshaft sensor. The motor dey after starting,
and wont start.

look for the valet switch. Google/youtube "how to use valet switch" (add in the brand of alarm.

CAR NO START PROBLEMS:-----

It can be the issue with weak battery or faulty battery or if battery is ok,then its faulty starter causing the issue.

IT COULD DO WITH ONE NOW.

If the starter is winding over but doesn`t catch and turn the engine over,then the starter will have to be replaced.There is no repair to the starter to fix this,the whole starter would have to be replaced.

yes and you could try crossing a screw driver on your starter motor to start it make sure the solanoid is fine too or if stuffed truck wont go

Found this solution and it worked for me on my 1996 Toyota Tacoma and fixed the problem you described...!!! I don't know if your truck uses this method but several vehicles I have owned would turn on the electric cooling fan to combat the natural temperature rise that occurs in the engine once the coolant is not circulating anymore.
This prevents hard starting in a hot engine and if the thermostatic switch fails that controls the fan, the cooling (and turn-on) doesn't happen.
This may be your problem.
