I don't believe there is a main fuse.Chevy uses fuseable link wire that come off the starter.They are like fuses,but they are wires that are made to burn if overloaded.Pull lightly on the wires coming off the starter & see if one or more stretch.This indicates a burnt fuseable link.You can buy fuseable link wire at Auto Zone cheap.Good luck,

The reason I am asking is I had my wires off the starter short out on the manifold. I replaced the big one to the battery but the one that goes to the silinoid not sure where it goes. I tried taking it to the battery but if I touch it to it it try to start. There are two more wires that I believe shorted out that also go to the starter that but not sure

there is no "main fuse", what system are u looking for?
Trying to figure out if a wire from the starter goes to the bulkhead block on the passenger side firewall and if any of the wires that are on the bulkhead controls the main power supplied to the truck
