Upfront, I need to say I've never done this on the 6 cylinder Cirrus. My experience with other cars, is what I'm going off of on this. This is kind of dangerous, please use caution and appropriate safety measures. In other cars like the Cirrus, where the back three spark plugs are hidden and difficult to get to, you need to remote the motor mounts. Start by both setting your parking break, and blocking the wheels so the vehicle can't move. Find the motor mounts and remove the bolt that holds the two halves together. You'll need to figure this out on your own, as I haven't seen a V6 in a long time. Be very careful with this. IF you don't have the car supported correctly, the engine may move and could crush your hands/arms... Once you have the engine freed up, *carefully* remove the wheel chucks and the parking brake. LEAVE THE CAR IN PARK! The goal here is to very slightly roll the car backward. This will have the effect of tiling the engine forward. Again, I really have to stress caution here. There is a danger of either crushing part of your body, or potentially damaging your engine. You only want to move the car a few inches. Reset the parking brake and wheel chucks. Now that you've tilted the engine forward you should have just enough room to get your arm behind the engine to remove the plugs. When you've changed them, do everything in reverse. To the best of my knowledge, there is no torque to the engine mounts, so just get them as tight at you can. I always put a little anti-seize on these bolts as the tend to get rusted and hard to remove.

I did a Google search "How do you replace the rear spark plugs on a 2000 Chrysler Cirrus?" and found this link: http://www.faqs.org/qa/qa-6243.html
I haven't tried it yet and am thinking of purchasing a Chilton manual just in case, but as far as explanations go the one at the very bottom of the page in the link sounds the most legitimate so far.
Besides, I have to pay you guys $9.99 for one answer that I can get for free; or I can get the Chilton and have a whole heap of answers for around $20.

Check Battery, all battery connections, the ground from motor to frame and from battery to motor and or body. A poor ground connection can cause all kinds of problems. Also i had a car that would not start in high humidity that turnedout to be the starter. It was pulling too much juice from the battery at high humidity.
