I hope you fried a fuse. Otherwise you may have fried the engine computer. There are wires on the starter that act like fuses you should check in addition to the main fuses in the box. Depending on the year of the truck, there may be a fuse box near the battery and another one inside the cab.

What is the direct cause of brain box problems in a Nissan MAXIMA car?

The most common cause of computer failure (dude, it's not called a brain box) is not finding the root cause of an injector or ignition part failure, or repeated jump starts. A bad injector or ignition coil can destroy the transistors inside the computer.

2002 NISSAN ALTIMA 2.5 NO SPARK

Did you miss a connection in the harness ?
Unless the coils are disconnected the plugs should fire if the injectors have pulse.

My chrysler cirrus 2000 model is not starting, a mechanic said the brain box is bad, we have tried over 7 other brain box without any luck, what can i do to get the car working?

It seems that if you tried that many brain boxes, one of them would have worked.

Here are some things to check. (I am assuming you have gas in the tank, the battery is good and the engine cranks over but doesn't catch and run.) Perhaps one of these items was overlooked in the trouble-shooting:
Engine cranks but won't start:
Charcoal canister full of fuel, faulty MAP or MAF sensor, faulty engine coolant temp sensor, faulty EVAP canister vent valve, EGR valve stuck open, lack of or incorrect fuel pressure (fuel filter, fuel pump, fuel pump relay), water in fuel, fouled spark plugs, faulty ignition module, severe vacuum leak, severely clogged fuel injectors, wrong size o-rings on fuel injectors (prevents compression), faulty airflow sensor (if equipped), Idle Air Control (IAC) valve defective, disconnected-broken-loose wires for all of the above.

My truck wont start, I have fuel pressure, spark, correct timming, what else should I look for

how much fuel preasure ? this van needs 54 psi to start the lowest 45psi,make sure theres enough preasure. if timing is on and theres spark and you have preasure it should start unless!! there no injector pluse, check the injectors for power and pluse.if you spray throtlebody and it starts then we know it a fuel problem start there, let me what happens.
