SOURCE: Coolant warning lights keeps coming on
Audi TT's only take G12 coolant (vw/audi propriatary formula) you can add some distilled water to the water level to prevent the light from coming on, but as you explained you keep adding fluid (of some kind) and the warning like returns. that's a little evident that you have a leak somewhere.
put some paper towels or something under your car when you park it for the evening. when you come out the next day, pull the car away from the spot and look at the paper towels. if they have orange drops, that's your G12 coolant leaking. like McMuff460 said, check all the clamps/hoses for signs of the leak. if you don't find anything i reccomend taking it to a shop for them to check out. Your water pump might be on it's way out.
Don't ever put any other fluid other than G12 coolant and distilled water into your car's coolant system. It will cause some major issues with seals, leaks, and cooling performance.
SOURCE: 2006 Chevy Aveo Check Engine Light coming on and off
It needs a code scanner hooked up to it,to tell you why the light is on and the cause. If there is an autozone near you take it there or
call different auto part stores to find out if they do that.Without getting the code, it's just guessing what the problem is.
SOURCE: the oil pressure light goes on and off intermittently.
I had a similar problem with my 2003 Sante Fe (intermittant problem, the light went off when I accelerated). I took it to the dealership. They looked for a bad send oil switch (not the problem) as well as some other possible culprits but could not, at first, find what was causing the light to come on (but they did confirm that I had low oil pressure). So, they took the engine apart. What it was was the pan was "dented" upwards, so that less oil was able to come in. It wasn't the bearings. It wasn't the crank case. It wasn't the oil pump. So, they fixed the dent, put everthing back together and . . .it worked! The light went off and stayed off. It cost $337 in labor. I was very very very relieved.
(Apologies if this explanation is hard to follow-I'm no mechanic and am basing my response on my understanding of the mechanic's explanation).
SOURCE: 2001 toyota avalon engine and vsc light stays on
You have to use a scanner and pull the code out that is causing the check engine light to come on. whatever code/codes you find are probably related to vsc light.
Good luck and keep me posted

P1354 is VVT system malfunction bank 2. VVT it Variable Valve Timing. Your ECM controls 2 OCVs (Oil Control Valves) which corrects engine valve timeing for driving conditions. there is a possibility that a pice of debrise has plugged the oil passage in the Bank 2 OCV. If you do not maintain good oil health ( changing your oil and oil filter regularly ) oil will sludge and harden in areas. a pice of this can become dislodged and travel through your oil system and cause a blockage in the system. Other possibilities are, Faulty wireing to the OCV, Faulty OCV, or Faulty ECM
