The fuse box on a 2009 Holden Commodore VE is typically located in one of two places:
Under the hood: The fuse box is usually located on the driver's side of the vehicle, near the firewall. It is a rectangular box with a black or gray plastic cover. You may need to lift the hood to access the fuse box.
Inside the vehicle: On some models, the fuse box is located on the driver's side, under the dashboard. It is usually located to the left of the steering wheel, near the driver's door.
To find the specific fuse that you are looking for, you will need to consult the owner's manual for your vehicle. This will provide a diagram of the fuse box, as well as a list of the fuses and their functions. The manual should also provide instructions on how to check and replace a fuse if necessary.
If you are having difficulty finding the fuse box or identifying the correct fuse, it is recommended that you seek the assistance of a professional mechanic. They will have the experience and knowledge to help you locate the fuse and make any necessary repairs.
Go junkyard shopping.Try to find a truck with the same or more options than yours.(Grab some extra fuses out of the same truck-most yards have a 5 dollar minimum).
If you look in your owners manual, it will tell you were these fuses are. If you do not have a owners manual, you will find the fuse box under hood up toward windshield on drivers side. It is normally a black box, and is size about 8 inches wide, and about 12 inches long. Comes off real easy with front clips that you push in, and lift. You will see all the main fuses, as well as you will see on inside of lid, all the names of the fuses as well as location. Simple diagram, easy to find. Most likely it is a fuse, and replace the fuses, it is hard to tell if they are bad. Most BMW's have spare fuses in the lid of the fuse box in a area, where they are just stored. I hope this helps Mike.
ps. I own myself a 93 BMW 325is, so this is why i have some good info for you.
Fuses & RelaysThe fuse box is located under the engine hood on the left side, near the upper strut housing or near the battery. Various relays are also mounted on the fuse box for easy accessibility.
Flashers The flashers are located behind the bottom center of the lower instrument trim panel.
you have to figure out where there is a short in your wiring--follow wires, look for broken, missing insulation--if it started in lights, look there first maybe. Also check the connections of plugs. Good luck it may take some searching.
The fuse box is located under the engine hood on the left side, near the upper strut housing or near the battery. it should say which one controls the horn either in the back of the owners manual or under the fuse box lid. if not the fuse than the horn itself might be bad. hope this helps
