1999 chevy blazer is not firing on all cylinders what to do

Do you have a trouble code telling you which cylinder is misfiring?
If so, then report back with the code and we will help.

The obvious stuff:
When was the last time the engine was serviced? Plugs changed, plug wires changed, ignition coil, distributor cap & rotor changed, etc.?
If it has been several years since these items were serviced, then this is the most likely culprit.

Why doesn't it start??

I guess you are right and it has something to do with having the transmission changed, rather than the transmission itself.

I can't help regarding what is wrong but if you paid good money to have the transmission changed the responsibility for rectifying the fault is the person or company that caused it.

I suggest you go and have a meaningful discussion...

2001 Chevy Suburban rear a/c warm front ice cold

I believe there is a expansion valve located on the back part of the air conditioner on the back right side i believe that could be the problem. I think if I am understanding you correctly, your back air is not as cool as it should be or not cold at all. Might want to check this. If I am not understanding you correctly please let me know again what your problem is.

I also had a noisy compressor

Your compressor draws a lot of power even when operating correctly. When failed, you can expect that fuse will blow with all that extra resistance inside.
