Could be a cold start issue. there is a water temp sensor near the thermostat. when you start your engine first for the day it will show the engine to be cold and therefore the computer will do a 'cold start', meaning using more fuel. but this should throw a computer code. if you are not getting any codes from the computer then check for a vacuum leak. like the EGR vacuum line for starters. the egr should be closed when the engine is cold and open as the engine warms up.

You might want to pressure test the cooling system and remove the #3 spark plug. After the pressure tester sits on there for a few hours look into the combustion chamber to see if there is coolant. Misfires like these can sometimes be the result of a leaky head gasket. Also white smoke in the exhaust can be a sign. I assume the spark plug looks good?
take to local part store (autozone) and they will ck code for free have feeling going to be a p0300,p0301-p0306 which is a cylinder missfire start by swapping coil packs and see if missfire moves with a certain coil if so replace coil remeber the 3 cylinders in the front are 2,4,6,from front of engine let me know and pleases rate
