Code 452 is for a low voltage signal coming from the pressure sensor. The computer sends voltage to the sensor and expects a return voltage within a certain range.
If you have replaced the pressures sensor and the problem continues, it may be in the wiring between the computer and the sensor.

Have 04 mercury grand marquis check engine light is on for code po452 had that fixed and light still on

Well ---PO 452 is still FTP Sensor Circuit Low Voltage Detected
new sensor or not

If the sensor reads less than .22volts with key on /engine off --you get a hard fault (code)

Check Sensor Connector

Sensor with no pressure or vacuum in tank is 2.4 to 2.8 volts
Key On/Eng Off On scan tool PIDS

You just need a shop with a data base & proper test procedure
or a different tech or different dealer.

Where is code po452 sensor located on1999 pontiac firebird

code P0452 is EVAP emission control system pressure sensor low input. Did you leave the gas cap lose or off or fill it up with engine running or run the tank on empty?
Check gas cap and Clear code and see if it comes back. also if need be, replace evap control system pressure sensor. but check fuel cap first.

PO452 sensor needs to be replaced. Where is it located on a 1999 chevy blazer 2 wheel drive.

P0452 fuel tank pressure sensor-low voltage the sensor is located on the top of the fuel tank. try a new fuel cap before you replace any thing else, if the seal is bad on the cap it culd set the code.

Trouble code shows po452 which is the evap

P0452 Evap.Emission System-Pressure Sensor Low Input

The evaporative emission control system prevents hydrocarbon vapors from escaping from the fuel tank into the atmosphere where they could form photochemical smog. Gasoline vapors are collected in the charcoal canister. The Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor (FTPS) is an integral part of the evaporative monitoring system. The PCM monitors the FTPS signal to detect vacuum decay and excess vacuum. The FTPS measures the difference between the air pressure inside the fuel tank and outside air pressure to check the purge control solenoid valve operation and for leak detection in the evaporative emission control system by monitoring pressure and vacuum levels in the fuel tank during the purge control solenoid valve operating cycles.

Chech engine light

Evaporative Emission Control System Pressure Sensor Low Input indicates a low voltage problem in the Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor (FTPS). What the fuel FTP sensor does is convert fuel tank absolute pressure into electrical signals and inputs the signal to the ECM/PCM, (Computer). First thing to do is make sure the gas cap is good and tightened properly. Then check the vacuum lines and wiring at the FTPS (Location-Fuel Tank) to be sure they are good, clean and tight.

The check engine light came on on my 2003 Hyundai Tiburon

Well actually this is the most embarasing code to get... It actually means your emission purge line is inoperative. Yes your scanner told you a generic definition, which is the nature of OBD 2 but, the truth is that 10 out of 10 times this code will not be fixed by replacing the gas cap. This particular code relates to any one of 3 components, and two sensors in your evap system. Test the sensors, and if they are good, then have your evap canister weighed. If it is the correct weight, then don't replace it, check the valve on the purge line, if that is fine then you have to replace the filler neck. Not because the filler neck is bad, but because there is a filter made into it which is connected to the purge line which is plugged with charcole and fuel, and this is where it gets embarasing... Its plugged because you over filled your tank too many times. Letting the pump go until it shuts its self off is very easy, but also very costly. As you have just found out.
