It was the E.G.A. valve, quite a common problem according to my local Ford dealer

Why is there no pulse at injectors on a 05 mondeo tdci

No pulse? Is the engine running? How are you measureing pulse? If the engine is running there is a pulse, if it's not running, there won't be a pulse. If TDCI is correct this is a turbodiesel
Compression Ignition.

I have a Mondeo 2002 diesel tdci 1998cc. It was stalling at lights etc. restarted OK but it took longer and longer to restart. One morning the pre heater light would'nt extinguish and then the car would...

I'd replace the fuel filter first. Have the battery load-checked to assure full speed from the starter and verify that the alternator is maintaining full charge. Beyond that, I'm not much help.

Mondeo 55 plate starting problems when the engine is warm

Hi Warren,,
These cars are fitted with a Delphi common rail system that is known for various faults including yours, you need to have a sealed rail test done on the injectors as they are probably leaking off to much causing low pressure in the common rail, when the car is warm, they also suffer with injector code loss ,no reason they get confused this normally gives poor performance and high fuel consumption ,if the injectors are fine check the system for air leaks in the fuel supply pipes and check the leak off pipes for leaks, even the smallest leak can let air in,if the engine light has come on get the codes read ,

Problem when i have to restart my car

hi could be a number of things like your deisel is dropping back. sounds like injectors and even this would not show on computer if they have a back leek.. you can get them tested but it about 20 pound per injector so be aware also if you take them out as a must the must go back in the same pot as they come from or get them recoded wen u put them bk in
