If you had a stereo system installed, it may be the wiring of the windows that got cut off.

Where is the passenger side power window fuse location for a 2004 Dodge Neon SXT? for a 2004

To locate the specific fuse, you should refer to your owner's manual or the diagram on the underside of the fuse box cover. The fuse box cover should have a labeled diagram showing which fuse corresponds to the power windows. Look for a fuse labeled "PW" or "PWR" for power windows, or check the diagram for any fuses labeled for the window control module or power windows.
Once you have located the correct fuse, use a fuse puller or needle-nose pliers to remove the fuse. If the fuse is blown, replace it with a fuse of the same amperage. If the new fuse blows immediately, there may be a problem with the wiring or the power window motor, and it may require further diagnosis by a mechanic.
tip

Power windows are not working

Power windows pretty much come standard on all new vehicles, and they are usually pretty durable, but sometimes they will fail. The window will go down but not back up, or all you hear is a clicking or grinding noise noise when you press the control switch. Or when you press the Power window switch, you get nothing. These are two separate problems, and knowing the difference is the first step in diagnosing any power window or power window switch problem. If you press the power window switch and all you hear is a grinding or clicking noise, or the window acts like it wants to move, then stops and makes noises, then chances are you have a mechanical failure and will probably need to replace the power window regulator or motor. If you press the motor and hear nothing or the window does nothing, then you may have a Blown fuse or an open or short in the wiring circuit that supplies the power window circuitCheck the fuse first. Refer to your owner’s manual for the location of the fuse panel (usually located under the dash on the driver side, on the driver’s side kick panel, or on a side panel in the center console. Locate the numbered fuse that corresponds to the power window circuit, then pull out the fuse to see if the wire inside has burned through or is broken. If the fuse has blown, there is either a short or an overload in the power window circuit. Try replacing the blown fuse with a new one (make sure it has the SAME amp rating as the original, not lower, not higher). Then turn the ignition key on and try to lower one of the power windows. If the new fuse blows immediately, there is a short in the wiring that will have to be found and fixed. DO NOT try to install a higher amp fuse or bypass the fuse for the power window circuit, as this is your only protection against a dangerous overload that could start an electrical fire!If the windows work, it may have been a temporarily overload that caused the fuse to blow. Trying to lower a window that is frozen shut in the wintertime can do this and/or break the window mechanism inside the door.If the fuse is okay, there may be a break in the wiring that routes power to the power window motors and switches. You’ll probably need to look up a wiring harness diagram for your vehicle to identify and trace the wires in the circuit. For more information on diagnosing Power window problems, please go here for step by step instructions on finding out why your power windows will not go up or down.

What is the number for Cadillic sts front window fuse? 2002 year

It's not a fuse problem , your vehicles power windows get battery voltage from a circuit breaker . They don't good bad often . You have control modules (computers ) inside both your front doors . Both of these modules have their own power supply . Pulling the door trim panel an driver door switch an check for battery voltage at the switch would be a better idea . Also hooking a factory or someother type professional scan tool an checking for DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes in the door modules and or the BCM"S body control module system .

DR MOD PWR C/B 30 Amp circuit breaker

Power Windows Operation
The vehicle is equipped with power windows controlled by the door modules. Each passenger door window can be operated, either from a power window switch built into the driver door switch assembly (DDSA) , or, from a power window switch mounted locally on its associated door. The driver door window can be operated only from the driver door power window switch built into the DDSA.
When the driver door module (DDM) receives a driver door window switch request from the DDSA, the DDM examines the request and inspects to see if it has received any messages from any of the other vehicle modules prohibiting the movement. If no prohibitive messages have been received, the DDM then applies power and ground to the driver door window motor to move the window as requested.
When a passenger door module, passenger front door module (PDM), LH rear door module (LRDM), or RH rear door module (RRDM), receives a window switch request from, either the DDSA or the window switch mounted locally to its door, the passenger door module examines the request and inspects to see if it has received any messages from any of the other vehicle modules prohibiting the movement. If no prohibitive messages have been received, the passenger door module then applies power and ground to its associated window motor to move the window as requested.

Your best bet , take it to a qualified repair shop.

Power Windows System Components
The following components are used to control the power windows:
• Driver Door Module (DDM)
• Passenger Front Door Module (PDM)
• LH Rear Door Module (LRDM)
• RH Rear Door Module (RRDM)
• Driver Door Switch Assembly (DDSA)
• RH Front Power Window Switch
• LH Rear Power Window Switch
• RH Rear Power Window Switch
• LH Front Power Window Motor
• RH Front Power Window Motor
• LH Rear Power Window Motor
• RH Rear Power Window Motor
• Class 2 serial data link
• PWR WDO 30 Amp Circuit Breaker
• DRVR MDL 10 amp fuse -- DDSA and DDM logic, DDM internal driver operation.

Windows won't go up or down

Fuses maybe? but more likely you have a power feed from the battery to the fuse box that has become disconnected or broken.

Get a test light and check the fuses with the key on to see if you have power to both sides of the fuses.

If you have power to both sides of the fuses, its not the fuse or the power supply.

If you have power on only one side of the fuse it the fuse.

If you have no power on either side of the fuse, your not getting power to the fuses block.
