Usually power windows have a relay that sends current to the windows due to the high current flow that the switch can not handle.
So, the switch works through a fuse and when you activate the switch it sends power to the relay. The relay then closes and sends power to the window motor. Look for a relay either in the fuse panel or in the engine compartment fuse/relay ox. check owner manual for location.

SOURCE: location of power window fuses in a 1995 oldsmobile cutlass cierra

If any of the windows work its not the fuse.A very common problem on those early GM cars is the wires start to break inside the wiring boot between the door and hinge pillar.open up the boot and I`m willing to bet you will find broken wires.

Which fuse controls my 1998 Nissan Sentra power window

First thing you should have:
1998 Nissan Sentra Owner Manual JustGiveMeTheDamnManual com
This tells you where the fuse boxes are located. Chances are, the one you want is not inside the car, but is in the engine compartment. Most fuse box covers have labels for fuses printed inside.

One other thing, if it is only one window, I'm not so sure it's a fuse causing your problems. could be bad motor, window switch or wiring
good luck

All 4 windows will not let up or down from any switches

Sounds like the fuse needs to be replaced. Locate the fuse box and locate the power window fuse and check to see if they need replacing.

Windows do not go up and down, we think is a fuse

It could be, the power windows are on one fuse circuit, however it could be the power motor which is located directly under the power window button on the power window control panel. This is usually located on the inside of the door.

Which is the fuse number for electric windows and sunroof??

The power roof is Fuse #30. The power windows are probably controlled by a fuse located in the small fuse panel located on top of the battery. The car's electrical system is controlled by a 110 amp fuse and circuit breaker.

None of the windows will let down

If I understand correctly, none of your windows will operate at all. No up or down in the front or the rear. If this is the case, the buzzing sound you here may very well be the relay that controls power supply to the power windows. If you do not have the owners manual which will have the legend for all fuses and relays, see if you can get someone to help you. One person can operate the window buttons while the other traces down the location of the buzzing sound. If ALL windows make the same buzzing sound then you have lost your main ground to the power window circuit. This again would involve the malfunction of that same relay. Happy hunting and good luck, Dana

No power to the power windows cruise control buttons or the power mirrors and door lock on a 1994 nissan pathfinder.

Not common to have all those gadget fail at the same time. check the switch unit it self, windows switch and mirrors switch can be faulty. make sure all fuses and relays are good and windows. on cruise control can be many factor, have the unit check. fuses and relays are cheap at junk yard. some of the nissan relays are switchable by using ac relay to power window relay as long it has the same voltage. It should have the marking on the side.
