Also to add to my last post, there is a TSB out for this code on your car if the VIN is in range. It involves replacing both AF sensors and bank 1 cat (exhaust manifold). Again its covered under your 3yr/36k warranty.

This code indicates a lean condition on bank one of the engine. Possible dirty/defective MAF sensor/vacuum leak/low fuel pressure on bank one/ defective 02 sensor. The best thing to do would be to monitor live scan data and see what may be causing this issue before tossing unneccessary parts at the vehicle
The trouble code should tell you which 02 sensor? The 02 sensors are in the exhaust, sensor 1/sensor2, whatever, bank 1/bank2, whatever, before the cat, after the cat. You have several 02 sensors in the exhaust, don't know which one?
You should be able to remove/install with proper size wrench or deep socket. They do make an 02 sensor socket that has that slot in it, not sure if you need that, though.
Don't know the vehicle you have ,so if your front or upstream oxygen sensors are over 100,000 miles, they need changing, on all your vehicles ,front only, leave rear monitors until the converters wear out at 12 years or so
Then you can diagnose what ever is left
You got slow & lean sensors Their old & tired & lost their switching ability
Google the codes & read up
Change Spark Plugs every 3 years Clean MAF Sensor-CRC MAF Cleaner New Air Filter
02 sensor is stuck lean ( bank 1 sensor 1 )--bank 1 is the side for # 1 cylinder. oxygen sensors usually wear out at between 80.000 and 100.000 miles. sensor 1 refers to front of convertor. p2195,
the bank 1 is in the front of your car close to the radiator, the other one is the bank 2. I think you have to replace the bank 1 and bank 2 sensor and the po115 is the coolant temperature sensor, after you replace all these sensors and have the machanic reset or turn off the CHECK ENGINE light. check with the emmission inspector before you begin to replace all these parts. good luck
What engine is in this vehicle? I assume the avalon would be a 3.0L or similar V6 engine. Bank 1 sensor one indicates one of the primary O 2 sensor controlling a/f ratio. Sensor one bank one would be the sensor located in the Front manifold, closest to the engine. Hope this solves your issue. I would first check the conector at this sensor for corrison before buying a new sensor.
