Code 402 is a problem with the EGR valve performance, not the O2 sensors.

SOURCE: 1997 GMC Savana 5.7 L conversion van. Cranks but wont start

look under the hood on the right side where your brake fluid is..There is a black box to the farest right of the brake fluid. take off the lid to this box were you will find fuses..Reach in and feel the fuses to see if any are loose. The largest fuses in the front, push down on those and then try to start it up..Take them out look at them make sure there ok if this dont work..they the one bad might need to be replaced..

G.M.C. Savana 5.7 cranks but will not start. Its getting spark and fuel but still does not start.. Ran fine yesterday. obd2 code came up as po102 map sensor. I don't think this is the problem. Van should...

Let go with your theory

You get a PO102 MAF code.( Mass Air Flow Sensor)
Lets say the sensor is somehow not working correctly, and as you say,it has spark and fuel

I would guess, you think, the engine would be happy, having no idea how much air it is getting. Kind off like the computer will somehow overlook it is controlling an air pump in the first place.

It just clicks when I go to start the engine

Check your battery connection's, if when it clicks one time do the lights go off? Then more then likely bad battery connection. With light switch on move battery connection if lights come on you found your problem.
