Hazard lights malfunction

Did you check the front also for a broken wire? It's the park light circuit, so it may be a short at rear or front of car.

Could be the headlight switch.
The switch has two sets of contacts for the parking lights, the park position and headlight position.
You may need to check the circuit at the switch to see if you are loosing power when the switch is moved from park to head.

The tail lights run through the headlight switch, they also run through the combination switch(turn signals) that is a known issue for those trucks try messing with the hazard light switch and see if the start functioning, also if you have a tow package the lights have seconday fuses and relay in the electrical box under the hood

Ok. First of all, chk all the bulbs. Well at least the four parking lamps. The ones that are supposed to flash. One or two are burnd out. It happens. Check all the bulbs at tail end for parking and brakes, test grounds and harness for trailer. Check fuses. clean batery terminals, Re instal head light swich properly and make sure all wires conect.
