Dead mouse smell and nest in dashboard how to find it?

I've seen this before. Mice. if small enough enter from the outside into the air intake and get into the fan and motor. The least fix is to remove the fan and motor assy. the worst is you will have to have a qualified technician remove the whole dash assembly.

Where is the cabin filter on a 2003 honda odysseey

The cabin filter is located behind the glovebox.
First lower and remove the glovebox
If it has not been changed before, you will need to cut the plastic crossbrace behind the glovebox.
Once out of the way, unbolt the steel reinforcing frame behind the plastic and set it aside.
The cabin filter is mounted vertically behind it.

Inside fan has just stopped working

It could mean a new fan,but most systemes use a blower motor resistor to control the speeds of the fan which could have died and is lockated in the air box for climait control.
