While driving my car with aircondition on start vibrate in 60 to 80km aft that running normal....
SOURCE: vibration from the engine causing the whole car to shake.
sounds like the motor mounts are badley worn or possibly not allinged correctly also check the exhaust for contact with the body, if this is an automatic check your tourqe converter bolts and examine the flywheel with the cover off for out of square or vibration please rate -jeff

Broken or worn out engine mounts will cause allot of engine vibration in drive at idle, reverse also, change all 4 the mounts, not just the 2 broken ones. As far as slow acceleration no mounts will not cause that, Have you reached the 100,000 mile recommended tune up? have you ever replaced the fuel filter, this is required every 30,000, let me know.
SOURCE: Check Engine light flashes and car vibrates
The only scenario I am familiar with that causes a blinking or flashing Check Engine Light is misfires. Your description of the car shaking is another sign of possible misfires as well. There could be other issues, it would be helpful to know what codes are getting set. However, with the flashing check engine light and the shaking of the car the first thing I would do, if it hasnt been done in a while, is a tune up. Replace the plugs to start. I believe you have a distributorless ignition meaning that you have coil packs instead of a distributor.
Your coil pack sits on top of the plugs. Look to the left side of the engine, just at the bottom of the valve cover and you will see (assuming you have the 4.0L 6-cylinder engine) a series of three humps. Those three humps is your coil packs and there should be four bolts that hold it in. Take out those four bolts, pry up the coil pack and then you will have access to replace the spark plugs.
While your at it, Id replace the fuel filter, air filter and other general maintenance/tune up items like that.

Wow..thats not good..first have motor mounts checked, maybe the tranny mount or possibly if ur car has it is the driveshaft bearings...good luck on the oil leak...maybe tranny fluid..make sure if ur losing fluid that ur checking them incl. the tranny fluid...u might find ur leak first of all by rechecking the oil cap where it is supposed to be ...same with all fluid caps.
