How do i change my rear indicator bulb in my vw beetle thanks
Open rear hatch and look strait down on inside boot well. the plastic trim has access holes that pop out on either side just behind the lights. pop out the access cover on the side with burnt bulb, then reach inside that hole and you will fins a large plastic "wingnut", unscrew it<careful not to drop it or you'll have to take the whole boot apart to retrieve it> after removing wingnut carefully pop out lens from outside , replace bulb and reinstall after testing

Hi, Wonder if anyone has any ideas. My right rear indicator bulb keeps failing on my 2006 VW Beetle. The bulb itself doesn't have to be replaced. I have to take out the light, mess about with the bulb, and then it works again. I can't see any faults in the wires, none are loose. Does anyone know what could be causing this and what i could do to fix this?
