Check for power to the fuel guage (or for blown fuse, of course!) If that is ok, and if you can access the fuel tank sending unit, pull off the power wire (usually red or with a red stripe) and hold it to a known good ground. If the guage goes up to full, you have a bad sending unit or it isn't grounded well. If the gauge still does not move, it's the guage itself. Easiest fix is to replace the cluster from a junkyard vehicle "donor"

SOURCE: tail light are not working

I have no power to the tail lights, checked fuses they are good. Can I replace the relay and is it in the same place where the fuses are? Help me I can't figure this out.

Just about all you can do is check the transmission fluid level and condition. Unless the fluid is low its going to need another transmission or rebuild. Especially if you never serviced it or have gone too far between services.

Ford winstar 1997 overheating

You should check the coolant level first. If it is low then the CTS (Coolant Temp Sensor) cannot send a reliable signal and therefore the ECM thinks the engine is cool. If the coolant level is correct then the CTS or related wiring could be faulty. The fans should come on when the A/C compressor "cycles" on, if not have your favourite A/C tech inspect the system.
